Michael Steele, President & Director
Michael has been involved in many business ventures over the past several years. With a degree in civil engineering, he has taken on many challenges in a multitude of industries such as mining, oil and gas, food processing, real estate, and architecture. It was Michael's idea to create The Steele Family Foundation - a much anticipated goal, now finally realized.

Laura, wife to Michael, has been a vital part of the family foundation from its beginnings. Specifically, Laura was heavily involved in the work surrounding the foundation's establishment.

Jennifer, daughter to Michael, graduated from the Honours Business program with a concentration in Marketing at Wilfrid Laurier University, in Waterloo. Recently, she has completed her certification in Image Consulting jsteeleimage.com and is actively involved in fashion modeling. As Associate Director of the family's foundation, Jennifer is responsible for all marketing, administrative, fundraising and research duties. She is the main point of contact for the foundation.

Amanda, daughter to Michael, completed her undergrad in Legal Studies at the University of Waterloo. She is now enrolled in her second year of Law School at the University of Windsor, Ontario. Amanda spends her time volunteering with disabled youth and competing in equestrian events.

Stuart is a senior tax partner with Aird Berlis LLP in Toronto. Stuart has spent over 25 years practicing in the income tax area where he specializes in domestic and international wealth preservation and estate planning.
Elizabeth McLaughlin, Member
Elizabeth, sister to Agnes Steele and Aunt to Michael Steele, is another strong believer in giving to those in need. She continues as an active donor and member in the foundation and we are pleased to have her with us.
